I wanted you to inhabit me. I wanted you to live in every fiber of my being until we became one. But you couldn't handle the gift that was in front of you. So I left you to wonder what impossibilities could have been ahead of you if only you would have handled with more care the Gift of my heart. I remember when I used to write things like this hoping you will awaken a longing for me that simply did not exist. The truth is that I thought I wanted a man, but I was praying for a savior, sometimes the best gift you can give yourself and others is walking away. We discover all abilities to live and grow in the image of God when we stop trying to force others to value our worth. Be Who You Are without need of validation. If they can control your emotions they can control your progress. Be careful who you give a key to, not everyone you encounter deserves access.
